With Love From brings you a ready-to-run fundraising event for each of the big three gifting moments of the year: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas (one per school term).
Each event is:
- Easy to organise (we’ve done the heavy lifting)
- Popular with families (affordable, thoughtful gifts children love to choose + parents love to receive)
- Rewarding for the PTA (high engagement + great fundraising potential)
- Fully supported (we’re with you from sign-up to wrap-up)
That’s one simple, impactful fundraiser per school term — without adding stress, late-night admin, friction or the dreaded “can everyone please remember to contribute to this...” moment.
How does it work?
We source and curate a selection of awesome gifts that children can handpick for their parents or loved ones at a PTA-organised gifting event in school, for Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day and Christmas.
Before the Event you order your complimentary Event Pack, notify parents via your normal communication channels, and organise a small team of 3-4 PTA volunteers to help the children select a thoughtful gift in school.
Then... all children then take home a personalised letter for parents which informs them that they've chosen a gift and gives parents the option to buy the gift on behalf of their child on our website. We then ship the bought gifts into school for your PTA to distribute ahead of the special day.
You can choose whether to run your event as a fundraiser, or simply as a lovely lower-cost addition to your PTA calendar.

How much do events cost?
There is no upfront cost of putting on your event. Ordering your Event Pack is completely free and contains everything you need to put on your event, from the gifts to the stationery.
How much do the Gifts cost?
As a PTA, you can choose whether you would like to run your event as a fundraiser.
- If your event is not a fundraiser, then gifts cost parents £7.49 each.
- If your event is a fundraiser, then gifts cost parents £9.99 each, with 25% of the net proceeds (>£2 per gift) going straight to your PTA.
- There is also a third option where fundraising contributions are optional for parents.
These options can be configured when Registering your Event.

PTA Contribution
25% goes back to the PTA for use in your fundraising or charitable endeavours.
Event Mgmt
~25% goes into the management and logistics of the events, including the event organisation and the delivery and collection of gifts for each event.
Gifts
~50% goes into the sourcing of fun, novel gifts that parents will love to receive, as well as packaging that make those gifts feel extra special. We source from around the world to achieve maximum value for money
About the gifts...
When you order your Free Event Pack, you will receive samples of each gift on offer for your event. This way you and the children will see exactly what the parents will receive.
- We source fun, novel gifts that children love to choose from and loved-ones love to receive. We source globally and on long lead-times to achieve maximum value for your money.
- Each gift comes with a special 'with love from' gift bag which can be personalised on the integrated gift label to feel extra special.
- We refresh our gift line up every year to keep it interesting and on-trend.
