What do 'With Love From' do?

We are experts in sourcing beautiful little gifts for you to give to your family, friends, or anybody who deserves a little gift With Love From... you!

You can buy our gifts online or through PTA-led child-to-parent, school gifting events organised by primary school PTAs . Learn more about our 3-step events on our What We Do page.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, for both online sales and child-to-parent gifting events, we only cater to the UK Market.

Where are gifts sourced from?

We source our gifts from around the globe to ensure that the gift you buy is of the best quality and simultaneously represents great value. We operate on long lead times and buy gifts for online sale and school events at the same time, which allows us to maximise the value of the gift that loved-ones receive.

About Our Child-to-Parent Gifting Events

What are 'child-to-parent gifting events'?

Out child-to-parent gifting events are PTA-led gifting events that take place in primary schools across the UK, where children can frictionlessly select a gift for their parent for Mothers' Day, Fathers' Day and Christmas. You can read more about these popular new events on our What We Do page.

For child-to-parent gifting events, can our PTA reclaim gift-aid on donations handled through your events?

Technically, PTAs cannot reclaim giftaid on donations made by Limited Companies like us. However, we are currently looking into whether we will be able to provide the correct level of traceability on donations such that we can simply pass the 25% donations from parents, through our accounts to you, so that donations are classed as coming from the parents themselves rather than from a Limited Business. We will update this page when we have further information on this.

What are your Returns and Refunds policies in regards to your Child-to-Parent Gifting Events?

For our Child-to-Parent Gifting Events, parents will buy Gifting Tokens prior to an event.  Gifting Tokens are non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances by which the family are no longer able to take part in the event. 

We consider the gifting event and experience itself to be a large part of our product offering, for this reason gifts are not able to be returned or exchanged after the gifting event has taken place. We cannot be responsible for any product defects or breakages that are not declared prior to the gifting event, but we will endeavour to support families with replacement at a charge if the family would like to replace or buy extra gifts after the event. 

About Buying a Gift Online

Where do you ship to?

At this time we only cater to the UK Market.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders Monday-Friday on the day they are received. We then ship on a 48 hour service unless you select otherwise, so you can expect to receive the gift within 3 working days of ordering.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping starts at £3.49 per checkout, but we may need to add a small additional charge if multiple gifts are bought.

Where can I find your shipping policy?

I haven't received my order confirmation email?

We automatically send an order confirmation email straight after you place your order. Occasionally this goes to your email's junk folder, so please check here first. If you still haven't received this email within 1 hour of placing your order please Contact Us.

Do you accept cancellations?

We accept cancellations if they are received prior to us shipping the product. Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind after the product has shipped, then we accept returns requests for up to 14 days after the gift is delivered. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in this scenario.

Can I exchange my product?

We can alter your order before the product is dispatched. However after shipping we cannot process exchanges. In this scenario please order the new product you would like and return your unwanted product to us for a refund.

What happens if my Product is damaged when received?

If your product arrives damaged then please Contact Us with details and photographs. We will ask you to return your original to us and we will replace your item free of charge.

How do I request a change to my order, a return, or report an issue with my product?

Please Contact Us with your order number and full details and we will get back in touch with a resolution pronto.

Where can I track my delivery?

When your product is dispatched, we automatically send a shipping confirmation which contains your tracking information. On this email you can click onto your individual tracking number which will take you to your tracking page on the courier's website. Here you can choose to opt in to delivery notifications and receive delivery updates straight from the courier by email / text.

My order has been delayed. What can I do?

We use a number of well known couriers to ship products from our producers to your door. The vast majority of the time orders are processed without delay. However occasionally our couriers do experience delays; this is often due to an unexpected peak in demand and normally clears within 2-3 days.

Unfortunately there is very little that we can do to speed up the delivery network in these instance so we kindly ask for your patience. However if your order is still not delivered within the advertised delivery time on the product page of our website then please Contact Us and we will see what we can do to support.

What if my product is lost in transit?

In the very rare circumstance that your parcel is lost in transit we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.
